We shouldn't overlook our superstar coming up huge today. Sometimes we take for granted how special he is

No, only because of his 2 muffs on the punt returns. The game was too close and that could have been the difference in GT's favor. Other than that he was great but not his best.

It was that close because of TB in the first place. Two muffs as opposed to the many many great things he did? I'd say he came out on the plus side of that equation.

How about the bowl game against Bowling Green? 8 catches for 173, 3 punt returns for 69 and a touchdown.

The Duke game Souf mentions was a good one. 8 for 154 and 3tds.

The New Mexico game the week before that was pretty good, 6 for 134 and 1 td, plus 2 rushes for 39 and another td.

He had 10 catches for 153 against Iowa last year.

And then he reeled off four games in a row, Georgia Tech 9 for 137, Duke 7 for 140, North Carolina 5 for 160, and Syracuse 7 for 126 late last season.

Agree. That made it not his best game but I gotta say the second TD catch was probably the best play of his career.

I will give Boyd credit for excelling at live ball drills in this game. If either of those turn into turnovers, Pitt is likely the loser.

It is amazing that with the freakish body control and hand-eye coordination he has, that he drops so many punts.

He's Antonio Bryant with a better upbringing, work ethic and attitude. He will make us proud like Larry Fitz. AB always had that salty look to him. Worked on the field, but not off of it.
