Wayne is a big receiver that gets open and catches the ball. I think there have been occasions when he and Pickett were not on the same page in regard to route. He will get better with that with experience. If healthy, he needs to play a lot.
Turner has shown he can be dangerous in space. Pitt needs to design plays to get him in space. He had a huge game, then these last two games with next to nothing. I don't think it is anything he is doing.
