Wayne & Williams NIL $

Seems they are the 2 big names left to decide for next year. I want our top corner Williams back and would spend some NIL $ on him.

But if we have to keep just 1, Wayne is a must. With the NIL $ that we seemed to be willing to spend on Izzy, Kancey, Dennis, Hill etc we need to overspend on Wayne if necessary. Having him back will have a huge impact on the season we have next year.

This was true at one time, but there are many ways around this that are legal. You get our $$$ guys to connect with Canadian companies and pay him that way. The new Canadian QB we just got was paid that way at PSU
