Difference being Heinz Field is a nice stadium in a city with lots to do. A lot of PSU fans came in on Friday, took in the Pirates game, went to the bars, did some of the tourist stuff (fountain, incline, etc).
State College is basically in the middle of nowhere with not much to see or do and Beaver Stadium is an over-sized high school stadium with bleacher seating. I already know I have tickets for the game through a business partner, but for normal fans the attraction is less for going to State College than it is for PSU fans coming to Pittsburgh.

I'm calling it now (might as well make up wild stories since they do it) Pitt will have more fans there then penny state
I'm hoping they thank us when we bring 15K and help them sell out their stadium, something that very rarely happens for them.
Hey I have been buying PSU season tix for two years just to have a chance to see the game up in Happy Valley next year
