Wednesday Afternoon Hoops - has Pitt ever lost?

Pitt is 2-0 all-time in Wednesday afternoon games after beating Syracuse last month and Saint Louis at Barclays a few years ago.

Pitt also beat Marquette at MSG on a Friday afternoon in Stallings's first season.

Therefore, Pitt over NC State today is my stone-cold lock of the week. We simply do not lose weekday afternoon games.

Well, Im talking regular season.....and primarily Wednesdays. Pitt owns Wednesday afternoons especially opposite coup attempts. If a bunch of mental patients attempt to overthrow the government again today, I really like our chances to beat the Wolfpack
