Watson should gel with Narduzzi in terms of tempo. The Panthers have averaged around 65 plays per game over the past two seasons — generally good for around 90th nationally — which is slightly below the 68 snaps Watson averaged in his last two full seasons as a play-caller at Louisville and Texas.*

Good finds, I put up one yesterday, but glad I read the other one today. Still, Narduzzi chose someone he worked with that like Canada had trouble staying at one job, and often given the blame, as both Articles point out!

SteelCityChamps, whom would you have preferred and just asking not defending or offending, I had no clue what was out there?

I think they could have done worse that Watson. I was encouraged by his interview on the Fan this morning. Talked about how offenses have changed over time with tempo and RPOs. Hopefully Duzz will let him embrace modern football and be as creative as Canada.

I did not like some of the names that were thrown out (Napier, Enos, MSU coaches).

Azzanni intrigued me with the Urban connections. I liked Mike Uremovich at NIU since he was Canada' protege.

Liked Kevin Johns and Mike Yurcich as well.
