Last year, it was weird surfing the channels on Saturday night of the Conference Championships without that primetime ESPN final, namely the BE when we were still a member. I also rememebr Sean Miller Fan talking about how the ACC needed to 1. get out of Greensboro and 2. get into that prime 9 PM slot. I'm still surprised a year later both have come to fruition and that ESPN made the change so quickly, moving a traditional Sunday afternoon final to Saturday night. It's all good and if the ACC never sniffs Greensboro again (even though it's scheduled in 4 years), all the better. Even the NC faithful will recognize how much better it is to have the tournament in a destination location.
