Winning when you're not at your best, and clearly we weren't at out best yesterday, demonstrates a turning point for this team and a change in the culture within the locker room that has now translated onto the field.

Our O-line was getting whipped up front early, Petermen was feeling the heat and beginning to look a little skittish in the pocket, yet somehow that same group starting on their own 5 yard line, found a way to keep the ball for 19 plays and 9 minutes 20 seconds in route to a game winning field goal, that's would have never had happened last year and that's what culture change looks like.

This culture change started under the former regime, but it took this current staff to complete this change in culture. To transform this change into confidence and have this confidence show up on the field when it counts and yesterday's game winning drive showed exactly what the difference is between good coaching and great coaching, you get what you pay for and Pat Narduzzi just showed you that he's worth every penny and then some.. Hail To Pitt
