i'd be curious to hear from the board. it's kind of gotten some publicity, very mixed reaction from the comments..
That's a tough one. If the 10 year old is responsible and the younger ones aren't too needy and it isn't a ridiculously long interview, I don't have a major problem with it. With phones and tablets, you can keep kids occupied for a long time.i'd be curious to hear from the board. it's kind of gotten some publicity, very mixed reaction from the comments..

i feel like where he screwed up at is taking them to mcdonalds, or any establishment. if he had a home or rented somewhere, he'd have been a thousand times better off leaving them at home for an hour or two.
i just dont like the idea of dropping them off at a restaurant, just a poor decision. you basically put any liability on the employees. that's where i think he screwed up at..
NCPItt said it right though, we are ridiculous with how we treat kids as just these helpless human beings. i mean, parents make their 10 or 11 year old kids ask to leave the yard now, how laughable is that. imagine being in 4th or 5th grade and having to run into the house to ask your parents if you can go play down the street lol. you think im exaggerating but i dont think i am..
i dont even think mcdonalds has those anymore.. when is the last time you've seen a play area at a McD's?i didn't read the story but I assume it was one of those McDonalds with a play area?

He coulda saved a ton of time and effort by just eating the kitty
We have a McDonald’s near us that has a sweet playground. I could have saved thousands on daycare by dropping my kids off there daily the last few years. My kids love it there.i dont even think mcdonalds has those anymore.. when is the last time you've seen a play area at a McD's?
not they are all square, grey buildings with a kiosk.
This story reminds me of one time, i had my dog at the dog park and my daughter needed picked up. Man, i was tempted to leave the dog in the park, go pick her up and come back in 10 minutes lol. but i chickened out. All i needed was something crazy to happen and i get arrested by some animal control officer..
