No I buy my 3 sets of tickets every year and drive 300 miles one way 600 rt to attend all PITT home games. I use one set and give two sets of tickets away to people at our tailgate who dor one reason or another don't buy tickets!

We stay overnight spending money on Northshore hotels, bars, etc.
We go to more games than a lot of people ten miles away!

SMF has posted in the past he buys his tickets on Stubhub!

Since you are interested, I gave up my footbl season tickets after Year 1 of Chryst. I got them again after the Narduzzi hire. I've had football season tickets for something like 18 of the past 20 years.

Basketball, I gave mine up a few years ago and buy from Stubhub because I get lower level seats for less than I could buy uppers from Pitt. But, this past year, I had enough points to get lower level, so I bought basketball season tickets.....but probably will not renew unless the price is drastically cut because the team is going to be terrible.
