What happened to the first amendment?

When you are visiting and you say you want to destroy western civilization then you get your as deported. Just like you can’t yell fire in a theatre or threaten to kill someone. I know nuanced thought is difficult for some of you so I figured I’d try to help

Here's the basic dynamic from what I see in the media. Non citizens have rights. They have freedom of speech and the right not to be stopped and asked, "Ihre Papiere bitte".

But if they behave in a manner that justifies the police to retain them for possible criminal behavior, then their immigration status may be ascertained, and if they can be deported, they probably will be.

Seems like this may be the case here. I don't know. If he were a US citizen, they'd likely have a tough time sticking a Hummus label on him.

He should have known better than to make himself bean dip.

(FWIW I'm not down with the endorsement of any country's side over another)

The first amendment applies, without qualification, to everyone in the country. This is blatantly illegal. He’s not charge with any crimes.

Read the article. He distributed terrorist literature and promoted terrorism activities in the U.S. and is pro-Hamas, a terrorist organization. That constitutes an exception and qualification for deporting, based on committing a crime connected with terrorism. Read the Constitution.

You don't need to commit a crime in order to be deported. He has no right to be here. He was granted a privilege. Maybe it's being revoked because Trump's daughter had kids with a Zionist. 🤷

If they toss him in jail for speech crimes, then I'll pay more attention.

They are such hypocrites. So when American Citizens were posting facts about the Jab or Biden they were cheering Twitter Facebook and the govements attempts to ban that content.

Or when right to life advocates were arrested for praying outside of baby killing centers they applauded that.

Or when the FBI went after mothers who spoke up about troons in the girls bathroom or teachers grooming kids they cheered that

But when some non citizen from so shit hole country in the Middle East says he’s going to destroy western civilization they defend his fist amendment rights.

Well there is that as well. I suspect he’s going after Massie because he hasn’t bowed down to the Zionists Same reason we’ll never see the Epstein files

What did he actually do/say? They need to prove that he committed a deportable offense. If he did, then send him out. Same shold apply to permanent residents from Israel.

That all is fine, but if he never derogated the U.S. for our foreign policy and never called for violence against Israel, i.e. the kind of stuff that would make anyone undesirable as a countryman, and it's just being done because he's an effective communicator; then I have to wonder how far and wide this Israelophilic policy is going to reach into other areas.
