Anyway, I see Holstein as having a lower floor and higher ceiling. I'd rather scratch the lottery ticket than roll with what we've seen from Yarnell. Doesn't mean I'm entirely confident, though.

It's amazing the love affair this board has with any backup QB.
I've seen a lot of Yarnell over the past two years. Great program guy, but probably max 7 win regular season QB. You'd love to have him back as QB2, but understand why he wants to go see where he can play his last year.

I like Yarnell and maybe with a much better offensive line, he would have been very effective. However, the staff made the right move in giving the job to Eli because of his mobility that was definitely needed.
