What is the attednance look like this weekend?

We always get a better crowd for homecoming.. Judging by the people that I know who are looking for or adding tickets.... very good... .. I think you are going to see 52-53 IN the seats on Saturday...

This is probably closest to the truth. Remember, in all sporting events, season tickets are the driving factor. You are not going to get that much week to week variability unless the game is against Penn State or ND.

The walking around Heinz is a good point also. With giant TV's and bars in the club section, more motivation to stay inside. And don't discount the advent of the home 70 inch HDTV. Making it harder and harder to get off the couch.

every school/team has that problem.. With Heinz and the North Shore, just an over abundant of people that "GO TO THE GAME' but don't actually "GO TO THE GAME." If you are there tomorrow, notice how many people are around or even in stadium, just not actually in seats.. Thousands is not an exaggeration.. Can call them bad fans which is a good point but it's weird..

I'm not sure that Homecoming makes much of a difference in the attendance.

Nice day. Been 4 weeks since our last game. Winning record. I'm going with 48k to 51k . I just hope people r in the seats and make noise

Hopefully the weather stays good for tomorrow. If that's the case probably a pretty decent crowd.
On a side note, listening to the Fan about an hour ago, Ron Cook should just not be allowed to talk about Pitt. Quick to point out Pitt always loses at home when you think they're about to turn the corner. On top of that, Filloponi a Syracuse grad was his partner. Cook said our next four games are Virginia, Georgia Tech, North Carolina, and Notre Dame. When Poni pointed out we play at Syracuse, Cook said that doesn't count as a game because Syracuse stinks. So by those standards, when does Penn State's season start? Cook is a joke.
