What will be the spread tomorrow?

I'd say the spread may be around that, but at their place I'm afraid it will be a double digit loss. They're good and they're deep. I'm afraid they're going to wear us down. But it will be a fine learning experience for the kids and they'll learn a lot that will benefit them going forward.
I agree. I think the emotion from the other night and OT will start
to show up in the 2nd half at NC ST. Pitt is thin off the bench and
especially in the scoring dept. I don't think SN return will do much for
Pitt given time off. I look for a good 1st half and then wearing down.

Edit: Link might not be the right matchup. But when you put us vs nc state their line says 12.5
you may be right. I was basing it on Ohio st/Rutgers earlier this week
at 5 plus Home court(4) Ohio St was #16 going on the road giving 5. then the HC
of 4-5.
Heck you could be right too. That's why I started the thread, to gauge peoples
opinions/thoughts.
Probably around +12. The lines have been within a point or two of the KenPom predicted scores, so I’m assuming the Vegas analytics will continue to pretty much be in line.
The more I think about it, I think double digits it will start.
I believe you guys/gals are correct. I can see NC ST +8 on a neutral court
and adding 4-4.5 for Home court.. I'm sold on the link and possible line.

KenPom predicts a 5 point Pitt loss against NCST at home so, yeah, call it NCST getting about 3-4 for home court.
These numbers can/will change based on results going forward but as of today that’s how it has it. NCST wins 72-60 tomorrow and then wins 79-74 on 2/9.
The opening Vegas line is usually very close to the Sagarin computer prediction. Yesterday it predicted NCSt by 8.43 + 3.13 HCA = 11.57. So, I would expect an 11-12 point initial line.
It went up a tad today and is now about 11.75 so 11.5 to 12 might be where it will start. On the other hand, Sagrin's recent games rating has it almost exactly at 10. I guess I wouldn"t expect lower than that initially. Of course, depending on the betting volumes on each side, it will then go up or down to protect Vegas against losing money.
However, I won't win or lose anything myself as I do not bet on sports--or anything else for that matter. My only interest is to gauge what the expected outcome might be and Pitt's chances to win or lose.
