In a recent interview on DK Pittsburgh sports Jamie was quoted as saying "Maybe we are playing guys too many minutes, maybe we're not playing guys enough, and possibly we have to do things differently" It appears as though Jamie does not seem to know the answer to the team's current slump. I believe he should shorten his rotation and play only 7 to 8 players with more minutes for Maia and Jeter. While Maia is very limited offensively he is the team's best rebounder which may produce some 2nd chance points and he seems to have a good basketball IQ, supported by his boxing out and high number of steals per minutes played. Jeter has the chance to give Pitt a more consistent 3rd scorer and is the team's 2nd best rebounder. Cam's minutes have dropped to 5 and 4 versus Louisville and Clemson after is 20 point game versus BC. Also, Why is JRob averaging 3 shots more per game than Sterling Smith based on 40 minutes per game? The best shooters need to be taking the majority of shots. Also, Mike and Jamel need to cut down on their turnovers over the past few games. What are your thoughts on the way Jamie will (should) go?
