Its hard to tell if someone is good at actual coaching. This is why we have to make sure we get a prime recruiter. Heck, at this point, I may hire Jeff Hafley for the head job. He'd get players.

I agree you need a good recruiter, but Pitt is a difficult sale for anyone. Capel is starting to find that out right now.
