Both 🤣If both coaches leave at the same time, which group of disgruntled fans starts complaining about their new coach first?
That’s the real question.

Mike Tomlin will leave first. Pat Narduzzi has tried to adapt his coaching style to the type of football being played in the 21st century. The addition of Kade Bell as his OC was a huge move. Give Bell a couple of years to get his type of players in at Pitt that fit his offense and things will look brighter for the Pitt program. Tomlin on the other hand, would NEVER change his approach. He is still trying to play football the way the Steelers did under Chuck Noll 50 years ago. His bringing in Arthur Smith to be his OC did nothing to address the teams weakness.Who leaves Pittsburgh first?
Pittsburgh, City of Front Runners!Pittsburgh, City of Champions!

Nevertheless, Tomlin has far outperformed Narduzzi, overall. They both have disappointing post-season records. But, Tomlin has a SB win and an SB appearance. PN has not come remotely close to a Naaty. PN’s claim to fame is the Kenny offense-oriented year, an outlier in hindsight, that included several embarrassing losses.Mike Tomlin will leave first. Sorry, I disagree. There are certain types of players that fit better into certain offensive systems and Kade Bell has really only had one year to try and find his types of players. As I said, it will take a couple of years to get his players into the program and then the program, including Narduzzi and Bell can be judged fairly. May I add, what post season are you talking about when it comes to Pitt?? Going to a meaningless bowl game where a number of your starters don't even play? That is not a post season, sorry. Also, Pitt is pretty far away from playing in a National Championship game, but the blame for that are not is not Pat Narduzzi. I mean, the man is coaching at a school that has shown very little interest in making the team better. You could bring in Ryan Day, Dabo Sweeney or any of the other top end coaches and then will not do much better then Narduzzi has done. Lastly, Pat Narduzzi's claim to fame is he is in charge of a team at a school where the college football program is not the #1 priority. Despite that, he has shown to be a man of integrity and has become a proud "Pitt Man" and cares deeply about his players and the program. Pitt os very lucky to have a man like Narduzzi in charge of the Pitt football program.A couple years? The average college coordinator lasts 2.29 years at a particular stop, and a huge percentage of the roster is turning over every year via the transfer portal. His type of players are already here. They're the 165-pound Oompa Loompas you see out there catching/dropping passes.
