At some point, the guy in charge has to set the tone to get it fixed. The current guy wouldn't know how to fix a broken shoelace.

You're really going to blame this on Obama? He, of all people wants himself and family protected. He gets blamed for a lot of things. But this is stretching it pretty far.
I never assigned direct blame to him. But he sets the standard for addressing problems and adherence to policies in the Executive branch. It's obvious he has low standards and it follows that his protective group is included.
"The buck stops here" doesn't apply to Obama,,,but it should.
