Why can't PN get CBs to turn their heads?

Inexplicable. Toasted all year long because the receiver knows where the ball is, and CB doesn't. The coverage is usually there, but they just don't turn their heads. Its like playing with a blindfold at the moment the ball is arriving.

Its not like our corners can't cover. They can. They just don't turn their heads. If the receiver knows where the ball is, and the CB doesn't, the receiver will win most of the time. And our whole season is proof of that.

I simply don't get it. Why don't they change?

I remember this being a problem under wanny, chryst and just about every other coach. It's not even remotely narduzzi, we've just had really bad corners for the most part for a while now. It's frustrating but nobody ever turns their head cause they are just flat out that bad.

Probably not. It's not as easy as it sounds. You have to be able to run full speed, flip your hips and turn to play the ball. These guys suck and probably never seen this many passes in HS.

that doesn't explain why a Division 1 program would recruit them. And yes it isn't easy, that is why most high school corners don't get recruited/play at Division 1 programs
