Where Pitt and it's fans get a big program building win, and not the normal turd pie?

Will we win a game we are not expected to win , can this finally he our magical season out of nowhere and build on it!

We don't need the Clemson win to be the fluke kind of thing , we need to do it often.

Whoever thinks that PITT is going to lose by 40 is insane. Narduzzi gets his players to elevate their level of play during big games. This has been very evident since he has arrived.
Everyone is putting way to much value in what happened in last weeks games. I honestly believe pitt could have beat YSU 35-7 if they wanted to. If roles were reversed last week no one would be taking blow out. This is unfolding exactly how narduzzi envisioned.
Offensively if we can run the ball effectively we are going to have a chance to win the game heading into the 4th quarter. This is such an immense game for PSU that if they let us hang around I could see them choking near the end.

I think if we can go 1-1 between PSU and OSU that its a great statement about the direction of the program. It could also be a great kickstart to our season. Obviously, Id prefer that PSU be that win.

the boys in vegas are SHARP. it doesn't really have much to do with the YSU game, vegas isn't that dumb. vegas is really taking a look at the entire team and they are saying the 2017 pitt version is a different team than the 2016 version.

one thing is for certain. vegas laid a big number, now 21 on a rivalry game. that should be a punch to the face to pitt coaches/players and they should have a huge chip on their shoulder coming into this game.

They won 2 games last year that were program changers and nothing changed. Today's game is like any other. They have a chance to win, but definately a low % chance. The result of this game won't change anything program wise. Pitt needs to win the ACC this year or next.

The biggest concern is Pitt was stacked with NFL talent last season and it showed when they raced out to a huge lead. That same talent level isn't there this year. If Pitt is going to win today, it is going to have to be with heart and scheme. Us against the world mentality today. Get it done!

"Stacked"? That's an exaggeration. Most of the guys drafted either got cut or just made the practice squad. Other than Conner and Price the replacements playing today have as much if not more physical talent than the guys they are replacing
