All along, I have thought Michigan State. There were times when I thought it was going to get interesting, but the visit in East Lansing last weekend just seems to be too much. It really was the perfect storm for them. College Game Day in an electric atmosphere against Oregon, Draymond Green and other pros being back on campus, Miles Bridges and other recruits visiting, etc. The timing of the announcement could confirm what we all suspect. We shall see.
Williamson has been in Detroit all week basically. He visited the family with Dixon on Monday night. He was at the school today to see Cassius and Ike Eke. He will remain in Detroit and is working this one all night. There is no question that Williamson has put a ton of time in with this one. No matter how unlikely you think it is, Smoke does not share those feelings.
Stanford is out, so it is in fact down to Pitt and Michigan State. I would be shocked if he decides on Pitt, but nothing would surprise me in recruiting.
