Often times those changes can be overcome with the consistency of a head coach, support staff and the relationships established with teammates. But when there’s a new offensive coordinator, and a new quarterback -- like Pitt has with OC Shawn Watson replacing Matt Canada and Nathan Peterman gone -- the installation of a new system is going to take some time.
