I wouldn't let Canada coach Pinestripe Bowl but this is probably a case of Canada never thinking he would go from unemployed to LSU in OC in 1 year and couldn't pass it up.

LSU is going to have one of the highest, if not THE highest paid assistant coaching staffs in college football. They said they spent less on the HC, so they could spend as much as needed on assistants. MC will be in the 1.5 million dollar range. There is no counter worthwhile against that. He probably found out last night or this morning. You got to move on and that is what he is doing.
