Not as a starting unit, but if Dixon should become as exasperated with the defense as he appeared in the NIT game could you see him sending out two out of Nix, Maia and Odada at C and PF, Smith and Wilson in the backcourt and Johnson at SF, just to send a message to the returning guys?

That'd be just playing games. You might see it in a blowout, or a foul-riddled game, but otherwise, it'd start rumors that JD had bet on the game......against Pitt. Plus, it violates his contract, which clearly states that no more than one 3-point threat is on the floor at a given time. That triggers a mandatory collar-stay insertion.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Maia and ANO (Nelson-Ododa) out there at the same time at various points.

Dixon says he is moving Artis to SF and Young to PF.... but who plays PF when Young is not in the game?

Against Gonzaga, our opening game of the season, it should be ANO *NOT* Artis, as Jamel will be at a significant height disadvantage going up against the Zag bigs. So, we SHOULD be seeing Maia and ANO out there at the same time against the Zags.

Yeah, as far as Maia and ANO fitting in... the game against the Zags should facilitate this mightily as they will be needed and relied on to a great degree in that game.
