Sometimes in business you have to make hard decisions and admit mistakes. Extending Narduzzi was a mistake. As a business owner I know what it’s like to make those decisions and what it feels like to make some bad decisions. It is clear Narduzzi is either incapable of change or too stubborn to change. He is obviously not a defensive guru. We Pitt fans have suffered for many years with these type of coaches. We deserve high energy, innovative, flexible coaches. We have suffered enough.
