SInce Joe was fired (LOL) your school has been dragged through an embarrassing scandal in which multiple people have stated in sworn testimony that they were abused or knew of people who were abused and the administration was either aware and did nothing or, at the very least, mishandled how it was reported. Some testimony - again sworn - has come to light stating Paterno was aware of this in the 1970s.
At worst, Paterno is human filth. At best, Joe knew something but not as much as people are alleging. Regardless, It makes our 35 years of mostly stinky football look like a paper cut. But you keep drinking that Paterno beer while you wistfully stare at Mt. Nittany with a tear in your eye.
