Like hockey, if we did 3 stars of the game last night, 3 stood out and my ranking for the 3 stars are:
Erd Star Rodney Hammond, though his game last night would be normally 1st star level, as it goes, there were two other superlative performances.
2nd Star Dayon Hayes, he was a monster on defense last night, where you been all year Dayon, sacks, passes batted down, pressures, coming down the line to stop runners at the line of scrimmage, he was amazing last night.
1st Star Nate Yarnell, he was absolutely brilliant. He showed a skill this early in his career that no qb, even Kenny had so young, the ability to throw passes on target, where the receivers could do something with it after the catch. His pump fake then throwing Bub open on that touchdown was a thing of beauty, almost harmful to describe it other than with utter amazement and praise.
Some of you may disagree with 3 and 2, but no bout adoubt number 1.
