10 million was to be used immediately for Nutrition Facilities and Education Learning Support. The other 10 million was to put into an endowment for future user. DONT you think the 10 million is now over in the NIL pile? If that is invested and making 8 to 9% a year Pitt is looking at having at least 1 million a year in NIL. Combined with another 500K a year should be competitive.
