Is this not the most schizophrenic conference? They planned on playing a "non-conference" game between 2 Big 12 teams in Mexico City. Why? One of the commenters said something like how bout they get a cable channel instead of playing on ESPN+ before doing all this stuff. They also have those stupid NYC clinics. Like some 12 year old kid is going to go to Texas Tech in 6 years because a Texas Tech assistant coach ran a clinic at Rucker. This Yormack dude is one crazy dude. I give him credit for thinking outside the box no matter how stupid his ideas are. Our commish spends his whole day picking out furniture for the new Charlotte office.

The ACC is bringing 3 new schools to the league this year.

They need to make news since they aren’t anywhere near the final four despite being the greatest basketball conference ever.

In his PSN interview, Capel said ESPN has a mouthpiece for the Big 12 and that mouthpiece was even pumping up the Big 12 during a Pitt game he was doing. Not sure who he was referring to. Fran Fraschilla? But ESPN definitely needs to do a better job promoting the ACC. That's partly on the ACC though. Nobody gets to watch ACC games nationally because they jam in all their games on Saturdays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays when everyone else is playing. They should be playing every day like the Big Ten.

If it's UNC vs Duke, they promote the hell out of it.
