I believe his daughters are getting into volleyball as well. They’re always there at the games with him
The interview was really good. Check it out. It was in the 11:00 segment. The app has it cataloged if anyone is interested.
I enjoyed it. Rachel is good, but you can tell that she’s not as comfortable with it like Flood, Stafford, VVG, or Babcock. She had to work at it, but she did a fine job. It was a fun segment.
It’s not easy. You can tell she’s a bit uncomfortable but she did really well. I remember watching my kid in a post match interview in college and I cringed. She was nervous and it showed. I am sure Rachel probably cringes thinking about some things she said…but she was tremendous.
In his podcast he said that his sister had played, but didn't specify if it was high school or college. I had read somewhere that his wife played in high school and his daughter us now getting into it. He talked on his pidcast for almost 20 minutes about Pitt volleyball. It's a great segment and worth a listen. It's in another post on this board. H2P
