Fitz is reportedly close to re-structured deal to keep him a Cardinal for the remainder of his NFL career.
Good for him, since he seems happy there. However, you have to wonder what numbers he would have put up in a high-powered passing offense with a stable QB situation throughout his career. To put up HOF numbers with the revolving door of poor/mediocre QBs (excluding Warner's few healthy years) is remarkable.
I guess the other possibility would have been for him to be drafted by the Raiders at #2... Other than the Browns, I'm not sure there was a worse QB mix in his career span.
