Can anyone explain to me how these officials are reviewed? Is it after each game? After the season? What about missed calls and what are considered "judgement" (a.k.a. the unsportsmanlike conduct call) calls? Do they have to provide some explanation to anyone justifying their call at any time? If there is no accountability, the ACC seriously "shields and covers up" the lack of quality it has in its referees. Because the answers Hiles got were flat out unacceptable. Just want some clarity here.
