OT: Christmas Dinner

This will be my 37th straight Christmas dinner featuring lobster tail as the main course, not talking lobster slipper, we're talking full blown lobster tails.

This year, I'm adding cioppino to the menu, for those who wonder what that is, it is a seafood soup featuring mussels and clams on the shell, with shrimp and whitefish, in a tomato base.

My wife will make her obligatory green beans with mushrooms soup and fired onions, and maybe some roasted potatoes.

To cap it off, will be Chardonnay galore for those who are thirsty.

Gotta have the roster of those attending by Thursday when I go to get the basic ingredients at Santa Monica Seafood.
