First off, no Jamain Stephens, the LAST pick in the 1st rd is not close to being the biggest bush. For some reason, Stillers fans love to mention him. He is way down the list. And for the sake of debate, nothing before 1970, because alot of teams drafted from like Street and Smiths Preview Magazines back then.

I am disqualifying Gabe Rivera because of his tragedy, though the passing on Dan Marino still makes this sting extra hard.

Top guys IMO that are debatable.
Devin Bush #10 overall
Daryl Sims #20 overall
John Reinstra #9 overall
Tim Worley #7 overall
Troy Edwards #13 overall
Huey Richardson #15 overall
Jarvis Jones #17 overall
Artie Burns #25 overall

Alot of people will automatically say Worley, because he was the highest picked. He did have 770 yards rushing and 5TDs his rookie year then nothing. Daryl Sims had 3 sacks in like 4 years, but he was pick #20 (man the Steelers did a horrid job drafting in the 80's outside of Woodson and Lipps).

Huey Richardson was cut after 1 year. 15th overall! That is hard to do.

But what makes Bush really hurt, the Steelers moved up to take him. They gave up their own 1st, a 2nd and a 4th round pick. So he cost the Steelers a 2nd rd pick.

I can remember some of these picks, Bush obviously, Edwards (not a total bust but a bad pick nonetheless), Burns, Edwards, Jones were all picked moreso on positional need, then actually where they were ranked.
