Make no mistake...this was a close match....Clemson was in every set playing Pitt point for point. Again Pitt ground their opponent down at the end of each set. The parity that has now emerged in the ACC is making every match a battle.

Yeah - Clemson was game , but never felt like any set was really in question.

Babcock just continues to be completely dominant. Fisher played a bit more of a serve receive lineup late in the 2nd and 3rd sets - Mosley and Akeo with Klika on the back row.

Excited for Friday !

Wasn’t our best game, but they got the job done.Still a lot of good individual performances.

Agreed, this match sandwiched between GT and Ville was always gonna be a bit of a trap game and at times it definitely seemed like Clemson had more energy. Did enough to get the sweep though so can’t complain too much. On to Louisville!

Clemson did a very good job of setting blocks. Really forced Pitt to change their approach and move the ball more. I noticed they were trying to pressure Babcock but she did pretty well with it. In the end, Clemson just didn't have the offense to get over the hump. Too many errors at pivotal moments. I imagine they were happy with what they were able to do even though they lost.

Clemson was a tiny team and they were really good at keeping the ball up, they had a ton of digs which is really tiring for a powerful team like us. Pitt seemed to be still exhausted from GT on Friday, so to still get the sweep was huge.
