Tennessee QB decommits

Austin Kenndal a 4 star QB decomitted from Tennessee, do we need him and can Peterman help get him? Should we go after him

Has a nice arm, even those his mechanics seem to leave a lot to be desired and throws off his back foot almost on every throw. With that said, I think he had 49 TDs last year and he does seem to have a good arm even with those issues (which can be fixed and that would improve him more).

If we are recruiting Tennessee, I would certainly go talk to him and see where his head is in the recruiting game.
