With the hiring of Kade Bell, there are a couple offensive skill guys from Western Carolina to keep an eye on:

Wide receiver Censere Lee and running back Desmond Reid

Obviously in both cases, bringing Bell to Pitt makes things interesting. Lee tweeted an offer from Pitt last week; Reid doesn't have an offer from Pitt, but Bell told him he was going to look at Pitt's running back room and see if there's space. We've seen one running back transfer from Pitt (TJ Harvison) and one running back commit flip to Syracuse (Yasin Willis), so it seems possible there will be space.

Lee was Western Carolina's top receiver this past season, catching 46 passes for 792 yards (17.2 ypc) and 8 touchdowns. Reid was Western Carolina's leading rusher in 2023, running for 897 yards and 13 touchdowns on 131 carries (6.8 yards per carry), and he also caught 21 passes for 283 yards. Reid also made the All-SoCon first team and was top-10 in FCS in rushing yards per game, while Lee was a second-team all-conference selection.

As it stands right now, I think Pitt's got a really good shot with Lee, and I am confident the Panthers will get Reid if they pursue him.
