Blowing VCU out of the building. Man does the A10 suck though. Cant believe Dayton finished 3rd and VCU 5th. I cant say I am happy for the Dukes. Im jealous. And maybe that's good if we can develop a rivalry with them

Dambrot may retire and he is a really good coach. They will fall off bigly if he leaves.
Probably the only one from Pennsylvania. I guess Dayton is also the only Ohio representative. Who would have guessed this?Thank god there’s a tournament team in Pittsburgh!
Don't give up! There may be 2.Thank god there’s a tournament team in Pittsburgh!
Unless Temple beats UAB today.Probably the only one from Pennsylvania. I guess Dayton is also the only Ohio representative. Who would have guessed this?
Jealous of a school that hasn’t made the tournament in 50 years?Blowing VCU out of the building. Man does the A10 suck though. Cant believe Dayton finished 3rd and VCU 5th. I cant say I am happy for the Dukes. Im jealous. And maybe that's good if we can develop a rivalry with them
If Dambrot retires and passes the keys to Joyce, then they could continue moving forward if LBJ and others back their NIL.Dambrot may retire and he is a really good coach. They will fall off bigly if he leaves.
I could be wrong, but I don’t think it’s possible because they are the site host.It would be something if Duquense somehow got scheduled here in Pittsburgh for their first round game. Hopefully there are 2 teams still from Pittsburgh.
Yea. I think he accomplished his goal and will retire a legend.

I think that rule doesn't apply if you're the site host. That's interesting, because you are not allowed to play on your home court, but PPG isn't Duquesne's home court. And they have not played more than three games there this season.
I think that rule doesn't apply if you're the site host.
I don't think the site host can play in their site, no matter how many games they've played there.
What is the highest seed to ever be allowed to play on the same court they are hosting or even the same city in the opening round?I don't THINK they can either, but I don't KNOW that they can't.
I’m not so sure this game is over. Wouldn’t be surprised if VCU made a run.
What is the lowest seed to ever be allowed to play on the same court or even the same city in the opening round?
They could build a nice house with all these bricks.Neither of them are very good, so it certainly is possible.
“Fall off”? They haven’t finished better than tied for 5th in 7 years of being there, haven’t made the NCAA Tourney, and are trying to throw away this game.Dambrot may retire and he is a really good coach. They will fall off bigly if he leaves.

1986 LSU was an 11 seed and played their first two games on their home floor. Ended up going to the Final Four. What is the highest seed to ever be allowed to play on the same court they are hosting or even the same city in the opening round?
The rule was put in place much later.1986 LSU was an 11 seed and played their first two games on their home floor. Ended up going to the Final Four.
Not for nothing, but wouldn’t it have to be played before the rule was in place? The rule was put in place much later.
I mean the rule prohibiting a team from playing on their home court was put in place later. Not for nothing, but wouldn’t it have to be played to be before the rule was in place?
That could happen!I want Duquesne to play Duke, purely for the “Let’s go Duke(s)” cheer.
Started hot on O, went super cold but toughness, defense and rebounding allowed them to hold on.Duquesne shot 29.8% for the game. Their five starters went a combined 10-45, 22.2% from the field.
And they won.
Duquesne just had a stretch where they made one out of 22 shots. But they still have an eight point lead.
