Pitt gets a 4 seed and will host MAC Champion Buffalo in the 1st round. If they win, they would take on the winner of 5 seed Georgetown and Hofstra in the Rd of 32. That game would be played at Florida State (assuming they aren’t upset in the 1st round). FSU is the potential Rd of 16 opponent.

Very manageable. Our match last week vs FSU wasn’t bad. We can beat them on a good day if a break goes our way.

FSU is good, but definitely not the juggernaut they were last season. I wouldn’t overlook Georgetown. They are a very solid team that defends well. Not particularly dangerous, but technically good all over.

Pitt can win the first game. Georgetown is a very sound, tough team that can defend extremely well. They only gave up 2 goals in conference play and lost a tight game to UVA. They are a good tournament team. Teams I want to lose early and get upset:

VT, Tennessee, South Carolina, LSU, Rutgers, Duke
