If you have YouTube TV all of the channels you lost over the weekend are now at the bottom of your guide list. You have to edit your custom list and select these channels to add and drag them back up to the top.
Yes, that's very annoying. They really need to improve their app and allow you to move multiple channels at a time. Drives me crazy having to move them one at a time.
