IMO - it is pretty simple at this point.
I think there’s a decent amount of games left that just should be wins. Tonight. Miami. BC. Cuse at home. GT at home. Those just have to be wins if you are a mature, serious tournament team.
So what it really comes down to is:
@UNC, @SMU, @Louisville
IMO - there’s a path to going 0-3 and making the tourney still … but honestly, I don’t even think they’d deserve it at that point and would have no complaint at all if we were on the wrong side of the bubble with that result.
We need to get at least 1 of those 3 ….. do that, avoid the bad losses, and we’re comfortable.
And honestly, given the way we’ve shit the bed against Clemson/FSU/Louisville/Wake, I’d be fine saying I think we should win 2 of 3.
But no confidence in this team to actually pull that off.
But at some point our best conference win is Carolina who is likely not even going to make the tournament.
And then our next 2 best wins were in November ……
