Not many good games on before the 3:30 slot with Oregon/Washington. However, Shanahan, Sunseri, and JMU are well on their way to going 6-0, holding a 41-6 lead over 4-1 Georgia Southern.

There was also this play to begin the Kent State/EMU game… can’t say I’ve seen that before.

I also respect that Vanderbilt had Georgia within ten points with a few minutes left in the game. Clark Lea might be (slowly) building something in Nashville.

It’ll work itself out next week. Either they’ll lose to Ohio State and the winner of today’s game will leapfrog them regardless, or they win and will have deserved to be ranked that high to begin with.

Anyone watching the Colorado State-Boise State game on FS1? Illegal blindside hit to the chest after the whistle on a kickoff… not wanting to speculate, but they had to scissor the jersey off and we’re in a two-commercial injury timeout. Scary situation.
