We have 10 Juniors and Seniors on 'ship right now. Dixon's foundation on winning was built on developing guys in his system, but there are hardly any guys in the system. If Dixon does not hit on these recruits this year and next, then we will be fighting BC for last place.

He got two pieces to a winning team, Young and Artis, but hitched his wagon to middle tier PG, and left Young and Artis with literally not post help.
