Yurchic just signed a $1.9million 2-year contract at OSU this week. He's so far out of our league now that you might as well say we should hire Saban.

Harris hasn't be relevant for more than a decade. Pluto was still a planet the last time his name should have been in contention. If they want to bring him on as a offensive analyst, sure go for it. But to hand him the reigns of a P5 offense would be insane.

I always thought Walt was under appreciated by a lot of Pitt fans. And I think it would be great if he could end his career at Pitt, but he’s 72 years old.
Maybe he could be the QB coach with the right OC.

Walt would certainly nt be a long term hire but we all know he can score a lot of points with average talent. Great on offense guy. even better with QBs took some very average talent, Pete and Priestly and really made the most of them. He is in great shape. He could be just what we need for 2 or three years to get us back on track.

Walt Harris hasn't coached in eight years. We aren't hiring him to be our OC, and if we did it would be one of the worst hires in college football history.

If I didn't know better, I'd say the original post here was an attempt at trolling. There is literally a zero percent chance that either of these two guys ends up our OC, and anyone with even half a brain knows that.

Unfortunately, I do know better.
