Apples to Apples. Is he working with more or less this time around? That 2009 OL was pretty damn solid. Could Izzy and Hammond rack up 2100 yards on the ground like Dion and Ray did.

QB: Stull vs Slovis
RB: Dion/Graham vs. Izzy/Hammond
WR: Baldwin/Oderick Shanny/Mcgee vs. Addison/Wayne/Barden/Mumpfield
TE: Dorin/Nate B vs. Bartholomew/(Cole Mitchell maybe?)
OL: Pinkston/Joe Thomas/Houser/Lumpy Jacobson/L. Nix vs.
Warren/Minor/Drexel/Kradel/Houy

We are better at WR right now. 2009 was better at RB and TE, and I think O-line too. It comes down to QB. If Slovis is better than Stull, which I hope he is, this offense could be really good.
I agree with most of that but I'm not quite sure how good our O Line and rbs are because of how they were used. We might have a 3 headed monster that can't be stopped next year.

I think it's really close. The expectation is Slovis won't be just an effective game manager like Stull was in 2009.

If Slovis is 85% of 2021 Pickett - 2022 should be better.
