Rivals.com keeps upgrading different areas of the site, and this latest one is, in my opinion, really useful.
You can now see on the offer sheet and the visit list which recruits have signed Letters of Intent and which are simply committed but not signed. This is especially valuable in light of the new early signing period; while we're close to the end of the cycle now and it's not too big of a deal this year, it will be really helpful in the coming years. You'll be able to go to the offer sheet after the December signing period and see instantly which recruits signed and which didn't.
So if you're wondering if a recruit who committed elsewhere could still be a target for Pitt, you'll be able to tell pretty easily if they signed or not. Check out the offer sheet:

The kids who have a commitment school listed and a small "S" next to it - they've signed. The ones who have a school listed but a "V" means they are just verbal commitments and have not signed.
Like I said, it may not help quite as much this year, but I think it will be a pretty useful resource next year.
