As teams are snapping up top assistants (Matt Luke to coach OL @ UGA, Mike Bobo is the new OC @ South Carolina) the disruption has created a wonderful opportunity for Pitt.

Jack Bicknell Jr. OL coach at Ole Miss is not being retained by Kiffin. Bicknell was the Steelers OL coach in 2013, the Dolphins OL coach in 2014 and was hired by Matt Luke at Ole Miss who was himself, a really good OL Coach.

This is like adding another Charlie Partridge to your staff. OL is a problem that can no longer be patch worked it has to be corrected. Please Heather, hear our prayers.
