there is no "absolute" number. it depends who else wants to come.

Is TB gone for certain? Be shocked if not. Is anyone else transferring out? Anybody earn a scholarship that was a walk-on? Lots of questions need to be answered but I love that Pitt is still on his radar at this point along with some other key recruits.

You can enroll 25 players per year, that number can go up if there players that can be back counted like mid year jucos or early enrollees. But ultimately the number that matters is 85 scholarship limit and as of now Pitt is sitting around 88 players who still have eligibility remaining. That does not include Ejuan Price or the players who announced intentions to transfer. It does count Boyd and Conner. So there is still gonna be a handful of current players who move on as Pitt keeps adding commits.
