One of my closest friends I grew up with enlisted in the Marine corps in the mid 80's . Was basically a "lifer" .
Finally retired in his mid 50's but after seeing quite a bit of conflict you can tell sitting having a beer with him. he's a hardened , changed human being ... Plus after a horrible incident with his wife and 2 sons .. Well .. Let's just say . I pray for my buddy Dave every day ..
All he has left is his 2 loyal dogs ..
