WTF is going on with Joe Girard? From seeing him last season he looked like he was going to be a tremendous PG for them. Wasn’t impressed with him in the 1st Pitt game at SU. And today, I thought he looked AWFUL. Apparently Jimmy B did too because he yanked him in the 2H.
But as those who follow CBB closely know, good PG play is essental. And SU typically plays with a short bench and plays just 1 PG almost exclusively. So the play of Girard appears to be pretty problematic for them right now.
